| Reservation Information | ||
|
To make a reservation, please send us a completed application form along with a deposit of 40 percent of the price of the package per person. Final payments should be made 10 weeks prior to the departure. |

| Cancellations | ||
|
No refunds will be made for cancellations.We recommend that you purchase a trip cancellation policy, so you could protect your deposits and payments for both land and air costs due to cancellations caused by illness, injury or death to you or a family member. We reserve the right to cancel a trip for any reason. In that case we will make a full refund of the land cost. We will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by you in preparing for the trip including your non- refundable air ticket. Baggage and personal effects are the sole responsibility of the owners at all times. By sending us a deposit for a trip you certify that you and anyone traveling with you do not have any physical condition or disability that would create a hazard for you and your travel companion or other travelers. If you have any medical or psychological conditions, or disabilities, it is very important you let us know well before departure so that we can make extra arrangements if necessary. Travels with Soha reserves the right to decline accepting or retaining any traveler whose health or actions impede the operation of a trip or the welfare or enjoyment of fellow travelers. Under these circumstances no refunds will be given. T.W.S recommends consulting your physician with regards to vaccines and other medical questions prior to travel.

| Refunds | ||
| T.W.S does not give any refunds for unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing trips, tickets to concerts or sports activities. Land cost is quoted as a a package; credits are not given for services not used. | ||
| Legal Limitations & Liability Disclaimer | ||
| T.W.S contracts with other independent contractors for travel services, guides or transportation services. T.W.S assumes no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to a person or property in connection with all services provided by other contractors or resulting from acts of god, detention,annoyance, terrorism, thefts, force majeure, civil disturbances, government restrictions and regulations, strikes, delays, discrepancies or change in transit or hotel services over which we have no control. In addition, there are many risks and uncertainties inherent in any travel tour, including but not limited to the hazards of various modes of transportation, or forces of nature. T.W.S shall not be held liable for personal injury, death property damage or loss suffered by a tour participant in connection with the tour, whether due to the negligence of tour staff or others. By advancing a deposit, depositor, on behalf of himself or herself, and their dependents agrees to be bound to the above terms and conditions. | ||
