Once purchased, tickets, customized lists, and recommendations are not refundable. Hotel, child supervision, transportation and private guide services could be canceled up to thirty days prior to the date of reservation. However, a fee of $25.00 will apply to any cancellation of each of the above services. All services rendered by persons, companies or entities which are recommended, arranged or introduced to clients of TWS shall be paid at the scheduled date to TWS, whether the service is contracted by the client or TWS.

TWS contracts with other independent contractors for travel services, guides or transportation services.TWS assumes no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to a person or property in connection with those services provided by other contractors or resulting from an act of god, detention, annoyance, terrorism, thefts, force majeure, civil disturbances, government restrictions and regulations, strikes, delays, discrepancies or changes in services. TWS shall not be held liable for personal injury, death, property damage or loss suffered by a traveler in connection with negligence by others. By signing the contract, client, on behalf of himself or herself and their dependents agrees to be bound by the above terms and conditions.
