Burgundy
This day trip will
take us to the most celebrated wine region in the world. We will
leave Paris in the morning on the fast train (T.G.V.) to Dijon.
We will be met by our local guides and driven through the Cote DOr
(the Golden Ridge) to the City of Beaune. This tour includes vineyard
tours, comparative wine tasting, lunch and visits to the cultural
attractions such as the Hotel de Dieu in Beaune and the village
of Clos Vougeot with their famous markets. At the end of the day,
we will return to Paris from Beaune on the last T.G.V.

Itinerary in Paris
We will be visiting
sights, monuments, museums, parks and gardens of different neighborhoods
of Paris. Each neighborhood has its own diverse and individual characteristics;
we could visit some major museums as well as some smaller ones along
with temporary exhibitions. We will often take our time and enjoy
a glass wine at the neighborhood cafe and spend an afternoon or
two shopping. We will provide you with a calendar of Paris and will
assist you with bookings at fine restaurants, operas, ballets, and
other performances. You will have the full support of bilingual
guides.

The package will
offer you 3 full days at the Roland Garros Stadiums during the first
week of the tournament. We will have reserved seats at the Center
court for 2 days and one day at the Suzanne Lenglen Stadium. Each
ticket will also give you access to 18 outside courts where one
could watch great tennis very intimately from 11 AM to 8 or 9 PM.
If matches are canceled due to weather or other reasons, the seat
privileges are lost for that day .

Accommodations
We have selected
the Residence Bassano, a four star charming hotel located off of
the Champs Elysees Avenue near the Arc de Triumphe. This hotel was
renovated in 2001 and has been decorated tastefully. The hotel has
marble bathrooms, satellite TV, air conditioning, room service and
other amenities. It is centrally located and we find it to be most
convenient for the Roland Garros Stadiums as well as shopping and
all other outings.
